Ontology of Self — A Reading & Reflection Group
A small group of people, a few foundational texts, and the slow work of asking who you are when no role is performing.

About this workshop
A small group of people, a few foundational texts, and the slow work of asking who you are when no role is performing.
An eight-week reading and reflection group exploring the ontological dimension of human life through selected readings (Jung, Hollis, Estés, Tolle, Hafez, Rumi) and group conversation. This is not a therapy group. It is a contemplative learning space for adults drawn to the depth questions.
This is for you if: you're drawn to philosophy, depth psychology, or contemplative literature; you want a slower-paced learning community; you're already in individual therapy or have a stable practice and want to add a reflective dimension.
Format: Eight weekly 90-minute sessions. In person or online. Small group (max 10).
Languages: Separate English and Farsi cohorts. The Farsi cohort draws more heavily on Persian poetic and philosophical tradition.
Facilitator: Elham Zolfagharinia, RCC, ACS.
