Baraka collects the minimum information needed to provide care discovery, booking, resources, and support.

Minimum information

We separate public site activity from member, booking, forms, and messages. Health details are not used in site activity summaries.

Data storage

Care requests, bookings, messages, and account activity are stored with retention settings managed by authorized staff.

Access and export

Members can request data export from account settings. Staff exports avoid raw message bodies unless an operational role requires them.
