My Wellness Journey is a guided 12-week experience designed to support meaningful and sustainable changes in health and lifestyle.
Participants are invited to explore their relationship with food, movement, rest, stress, and connection within a small and supportive group setting.
Through a combination of lifestyle medicine, naturopathic principles, and reflective practices, the program provides practical tools to help participants move toward greater balance and well-being.
This journey is designed for individuals who wish to:
• Improve energy and daily vitality
• Develop healthier eating habits
• Reduce stress and support nervous system regulation
• Improve sleep and restorative routines
• Build sustainable lifestyle practices
Program Format
Participants meet once per week for 12 weeks in a small group.
Each session : 2 hours
• Evidence-informed education on lifestyle medicine
• Practical experiences such as food tastings or gentle movement
• Guided reflection and journaling exercises
• Group discussion in a supportive environment
• Weekly tools that can be applied immediately in daily life

Participants receive a My Wellness Journey Binder, which includes:
• A guided wellness journal
• Weekly educational materials
• Recipe collections and nutrition resources
• Habit-tracking and reflection pages
Throughout the program, participants add weekly notes, tools, and resources, creating a personalized wellness record.
