Guided learning at Baraka
Inner Child Healing — A 6-Week Group
Six-week inner child healing group in West Vancouver. Heal early wounds, reconnect with the self that got left behind. English & Farsi cohorts.

About this workshop
Most adult suffering has a child inside it. The work of meeting that child — really meeting them, not just talking about them — is some of the most transformative work a person can do.
The Inner Child Healing Group at Baraka is a six-week structured group program for adults who are ready to do the deep, careful work of meeting the parts of themselves that were left behind in childhood. Drawing from Internal Family Systems, attachment-based work, and depth-oriented psychology, the group combines didactic learning, guided experiential practice, and small-group sharing in a held therapeutic container.
This group is for you if:
- You're aware of childhood material that is still affecting your adult life
- You've done individual therapy and want to deepen the work in a group container
- You're drawn to parts work, IFS, or depth approaches
- You've never done group work and are ready to try
Over six weeks we explore:
- The map of the inner system — managers, exiles, firefighters, Self
- Meeting the protectors with curiosity
- Approaching exiled parts safely
- Working with attachment wounds
- Repair, reparenting, and inner relationship-building
- Integration and ongoing practice
