Grief & Loss Circle
Grief asks for company. This is a place to bring it.

About this workshop
Grief asks for company. This is a place to bring it.
A monthly drop-in (with optional ongoing membership) grief circle for adults who have lost a loved one and want a held, therapeutic group to process the loss alongside other people who understand. Particularly oriented toward complicated, ambiguous, or culturally-displaced grief — including immigration grief.
This is for you if: you've experienced a significant loss (any timeline); you want company in your grief that isn't your family or friends; you want a structure that respects grief's non-linear, recursive nature.
Format: Monthly 90-minute group sessions. In person and online cohorts. Max 8 participants.
Languages: Separate English and Farsi groups.
Facilitator: RCC counsellor on team trained in grief and bereavement work.
