About this workshop
A weekend to sit with the questions most of us spend our lives avoiding.
A two-day weekend intensive exploring the four classical existential givens — death, freedom, isolation, meaninglessness — through facilitated dialogue, reflective writing, contemplative practice, and small-group sharing. For adults willing to sit with questions that do not have neat answers.
Format: Saturday + Sunday, 10 am – 5 pm, in person at Ambleside. Limit 12 participants. Quarterly.
Languages: English and Farsi cohorts alternate quarters.
