The Initial Naturopathic Visit at Baraka is a comprehensive intake with Dr. Rosita Fatemi, MD, ND — a former family physician with over a decade of conventional medical experience and a current naturopathic doctor licensed in BC and serving on the faculty at CCNM Boucher.
In 60 minutes we cover: detailed health history (medical, family, lifestyle), current symptoms and concerns, prior testing and treatment, medications and supplements, environmental and dietary context, emotional and psychological context, and your goals for this work. Dr. Fatemi will outline a personalized plan that may include nutrition and botanical therapies, lifestyle medicine, mind- body practices, targeted lab work, supplementation, acupuncture, or — when indicated — referral back to conventional medical care.
