Individual Therapy
One-on-one Individual Therapy in West Vancouver with RCC counsellors. Anxiety, depression, trauma, identity. English & Farsi. $160 / 50 min.

Individual therapy is one-on-one psychotherapy with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). It is the front door to most of the work we do at Baraka.
Individual therapy at Baraka is private, confidential, depth-oriented work for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, life transitions, identity, and the bigger questions of meaning and direction. Sessions are 50 minutes at $160, in person at our Ambleside office or by secure video across British Columbia, in English and Farsi.
Most clients begin weekly through the active phase of work and shift to biweekly as the work consolidates. The first session is mostly listening — your story, your context, what brought you here, what you want to be different.
Common reasons people come to individual therapy at Baraka:
- Anxiety , depression, and persistent low mood
