Botox® cosmetic treatments at Baraka are performed by Dr. Rosita Fatemi, MD, ND within an integrative medical-aesthetic practice that emphasizes natural-looking, conservative results.

Botox® at Baraka addresses dynamic facial lines (forehead, frown lines, crow's feet) and certain therapeutic indications. Pricing is per unit at $10/unit; total cost depends on the area and number of units used (typically 20–60 units for full upper-face treatment).

Format: 60 minutes at $10/unit (includes consultation, treatment, and post-treatment review). After Initial Visit & Injection. Treatment effects last typically 3–4 months; maintenance every 3–4 months.

Important: Botox is a medical procedure with risks, contraindications, and aftercare requirements. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients are not candidates. All medical history and medications must be discussed during consultation.
