Mahdieh Adhami

Yoga Instructor & Visual Artist

I began my yoga journey over sixteen years ago, long before I ever imagined teaching. What started as a simple student practice grew into a profound inner transformation. Inspired by my mentors and the quiet evolution unfolding within me, I chose to pursue formal training to share this practice with others. Eventually, what began on the mat became a way of living.

My connection to art runs even deeper. I began drawing as a child, and over the years, painting evolved from a creative outlet into a form of meditation. It is my primary way to ground myself, breathe, and find a quiet center. When I moved to Canada—a transition both beautiful and challenging—yoga and art became my strongest anchors.

Since arriving four years ago, I have updated my certifications and expanded my artistic practice within local creative communities. My mission is simple: to create a safe, mindful, and welcoming space for anyone who steps onto the mat or sits in front of a canvas with me.

In my classes and workshops, I integrate movement and creativity to offer a moment of clarity and a return to the present moment—where true transformation begins.
