Transformational Psychotherapist - Jungian / Integrative Approach

Introduction

Baraka Centre for Psychological and Spiritual Healing is seeking a depth-oriented and heart-centered psychotherapist to join our growing team in North Vancouver. This role fits someone passionate about personal transformation, archetypes, and the inner journey who sees therapy as a sacred, collaborative process.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy, and possibly couple or family sessions, from a transformational lens. Collaborate with the Baraka team to develop creative, conscious programs. Offer integration sessions for clients after psychedelic experiences. Contribute to the intentional and healing environment of the centre. Engage in regular supervision and personal development.

Qualifications

Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Psychologist, or equivalent designation. Experience or interest in Jungian psychology, archetypal work, or transpersonal therapy. Familiarity with or openness to psychedelic-assisted therapy and integration. Excellent relational and communication skills. Capacity for inner work and emotional presence. Training in family systems, somatic therapy, or mindfulness is an asset.

Schedule

Part-time with flexible hours, at least two days per week. Occasional evening or weekend group availability is preferred.
