Primary responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards as an RCC in good standing.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and confidential manner.
• Communicate with the team to support a collaborative and heart-centered workplace.
• Participate in team meetings, peer consultation, or supervision when needed.
• Optionally facilitate or co-facilitate workshops or groups.
• Support referrals and intake through thoughtful client-fit consideration.
• Stay current with continuing education and best practices.

Qualifications and skills

• RCC in good standing.
• Minimum one year of experience in individual therapy.
• Trauma-informed and client-centered approach.

Schedule

• Part-time or full-time. Morning shifts from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM or evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Split model, 60/40 or 70/30 based on experience
